CNC Machine Operator Trainee

About The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking CNC Machine Operator Trainees to join our precision manufacturing team. The selected candidates will undergo training in CNC machine operations, machine setup, quality inspection, shop floor safety, and manufacturing processes. This position is ideal for fresh ITI, Diploma, or Engineering graduates who wish to build a career in CNC machining and precision engineering.
What You'll Do
  • Learn and operate CNC Turning, VMC, and HMC machines under supervision.
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
  • Follow work instructions, process sheets, and engineering drawings.
  • Measure components using vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Maintain machine cleanliness and workplace organization (5S).
  • Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities.
  • Assist senior operators during machine setup and tool changes.
  • Follow quality standards and inspection procedures.
  • Adhere to safety rules and company policies.

About The Role

A Lathe Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining conventional or CNC lathe machines to manufacture precision components according to engineering drawings, quality standards, and production schedules.
What You'll Do
  • Operate lathe machines safely and efficiently.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and work instructions.
  • Set up jobs, mount workpieces, and select appropriate cutting tools.
  • Perform turning, facing, threading, boring, drilling, and grooving operations.
